Shivagha Sindhamani Pathak is a Bachelor of International Relations student at the Australian National University. Her academic interests lie in global security, peace and conflict studies, diplomacy, and the evolving security dynamics of the Asia-Pacific region. She is particularly interested in how states navigate great-power competition, emerging security challenges, and international cooperation in an increasingly complex and interconnected global environment. Drawing on both academic and international experiences, Shivagha is passionate about bridging policy discussions with practical solutions. As a Senior Regional Correspondent and Regional Correspondent for Central and South Asia at YDS, she hopes to engage with like-minded young professionals, contribute to informed dialogue on global affairs, and promote greater youth participation in policy and international relations.
