Pascal is completing a Bachelor of Politics and International Relations at Australian Catholic University (ACU). He is currently studying Japanese Language and International Studies at Toyo University, Tokyo, on a student exchange program for the spring semester.

Pascal has developed a keen interest in food insecurity and its association with climate change, environmental degradation, poverty, and gender inequality. He has experience volunteering at charity organisations such as Foodbank Victoria, and is currently volunteering at Second Harvest, Tokyo.

In 2023, Pascal was selected by ACU to complete a prestigious 12-week Parliamentary Internship with the Parliament of Victoria, where he collaborated with an MP and completed a report with policy recommendations on the Victorian 2022 flood event and flood mitigation strategies for the regional townships.

Pascal is excited to embark his journey with the YDS community as a contributor writer on various political topics.
