Ojasvi Rana is an intern with the Economic Security and Emerging Technology programs at the United States Studies Centre. She is studying a Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering Honours and Bachelor of Arts in Economics as a Dalyell Scholar. Ojasvi is involved in Sydney’s start-up ecosystem and received a scholarship to join the Startmate Student Fellowship and interned with SpeeDx, a cutting-edge molecular diagnostics company. She is looking forward to going on exchange to Cornell University in Ithaca, New York later this year. As an FC senior correspondent, she's excited to bring a multidisciplinary perspective into the 'Field Issues' and the fortnightly 'Breakdown'.
