Oz is an advisor, artist and local leader based in Naarm (Melbourne). Oz graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Masters in International Relations and also completed an honours in Urban and Regional Planning. Oz's key areas of interest include cultural diplomacy, soft power issues and foreign policy. He has been a delegate with DFAT Australian ASEAN & Indonesia and interned with Australia council for arts where he was involved with the international arts team. He is currently on the Dandenong arts advisory board, Westminster Bridge steering group, and beholden to his cat, who he also advises.
