About the Event

The U.S. Consulate General Melbourne has started a new exclusive virtual tabletop simulation exercise 'Inside the Embassy: A Real-Life, A Real-Time Deep Dive into American Diplomacy', custom-made to give young Australians hands-on experience on what it’s like to work as a diplomat and see how varied and fast-paced the work in an Embassy can be.

This new program is an initiative by Consul General, Michael Kleine, where participants are assigned real roles and responsibilities inside the U.S. Embassy and, over the course of the simulation, work through a series of crisis points with colleagues and Embassy leadership to resolution.

Please note that spots are limited to 25, so we encourage you to reply in 100 words or less why you would like to take part (during sign-up). Registration is free but essential, with successful registrants contacted by email on Wednesday the 25th to assign a role and provide connection details.

We hope to see you there!
